no end in sight from this heat!!

been so friggen hot here don't even want to go out doors and much of anything.i am missing the spring weather.i'm kinda just staying in the house on these hot day's not liking it but i'm not going to chance it.just watched the forcast and triple digets all this week.what am i gonna do?
